Ben Wellock and Melanie Wellock- Perry Memorial Scholarship

The Wellock family established this scholarship in 2010, to honor the memories of our oldest child, Melanie and our youngest, son Ben. Melanie was a 1981 graduate from Trinity High and Ben graduated in 2000. In choosing the recipients we look at graduates with at least a 3.0 GPA, and those that have been an active member of the community. We also choose someone that has been active in high school sports, as well as members of 4-H or FFA, showing and selling animals at the Trinity County Fair. Trade school or college both qualify. By doing well in their chosen fields, these graduates not only prove their worth, they bring honor the the community and to those that raised and taught them.
