Give Hunger the BOOt!
While many of us take our next meal for granted, thousands of our neighbors in Kentucky’s Heartland live with the persistent fear of not knowing how they will feed themselves or their loved ones.
It is estimated that 19% of the FAKH population (over 211,000 people) faces hunger.
For children the number is even higher - 27% - or more than 69,000.
This organization is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization, and your donation is tax deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law.
Your generous donation helps us feed families all over the Heartland. Working together, we can make sure that the biggest scares this year will come from little ghosts and goblins – not a lack of healthy, nutritious food. Our goal is to see that no one will have to face the real-life nightmare of hunger.
