The Dana Hall School

For five years, Dana Hall student-athletes have been Playing for Runway — turning their games into meaningful support for families navigating metastatic breast cancer and the loss of a parent. The partnership began through Dana Hall alumna, Runway model, and Board member Emily Cohen, who created the Linda Cohen Educational Fund in memory of her mother.

Since then, Dana Hall athletes have made Play for Runway their own, raising more than $7,000 while helping carry forward a fund that has provided more than $42,000 in educational support for children in Runway families. This October, nearly 200 Dana Hall athletes, coaches, and managers will Play for Runway during Family Weekend.
