$50 helps fill multiple grocery bags
$125–$200 can cover a full family pickup of 3–5 bags
$10,000 helps fund a month of groceries
Our $70,000 goal represents six months of keeping our pantry running and our neighbors fed. With hundreds of families reaching out for support, these funds allow us to consistently purchase groceries, restock essential items, and keep up with the growing need across Kent County. This goal gives our small nonprofit the stability to plan ahead instead of wondering how we’ll fund the next shopping trip. Every donation, no matter the size, becomes part of keeping this village going. 💜💛

Why Your Support Matters
The Salty Mama It Takes a Village Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit feeding families across Kent County with dignity and without judgment. Each family receives 3–5 bags of groceries, including fresh, frozen and pantry staples, costing roughly $125–$200 depending on family size. We also provide diapers, period products, pet food and other essentials when available. Your support keeps our shelves stocked and allows us to continue showing up for our neighbors. 💛
