About Play for Runway
For five years, Shrewsbury Middle School Football has taken the field in honor of longtime Runway model and Boston Runway Show Co-Chair Kristin Ferrari, turning their support for Kristin into meaningful support for other families. Play for Runway brings athletes and communities together to honor those impacted by breast cancer while raising critical funds for Runway for Recovery’s work providing direct financial assistance and a community of support to families navigating metastatic breast cancer and the loss of a parent to the disease. The Shrewsbury community has already raised more than $5,700 through this game. Every dollar raised this year will help Runway continue showing up for families when they need it most.
