Our Community Needs Us …And Right Now, We Need YOU.
Strong Hands United is a Cleveland-area nonprofit dedicated to community safety, human trafficking awareness, and making sure children and families have access to the resources they need to thrive. One of the most important ways we serve our community is through SHU’s Closet, our community resource storehouse where essential items are provided FREE OF CHARGE to individuals and families who need them. But right now, we have a serious problem. Our cargo van is broken and we are raising funds to obtain a new van.
Why Your Support Matters
Your support is crucial to helping Strong Hands United get our van back on the road to continue to be able to pick up the donations we freely give to the community. We are a trusted and dependable resource for many families and organizations in our community. The van may belong to Strong Hands United, but the resources inside that van belong to the community. Every trip we make represents clothing for a child, a coat for someone facing the winter, school supplies for a student, hygiene items for a family, or household necessities for someone trying to make ends meet.
