About the American Women's Hospitals Service - A Program of AMWA
Since World War I, the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) has carried forward a tradition of service through the American Women's Hospitals Service (AWHS) - responding to crises and supporting communities in times of greatest need. These situations can have devastating consequences for entire communities, while creating particular challenges for women and families. Through the AWHS Disaster Relief Fund, 100% of funds donated will be directed to organizations actively providing on-the-ground relief and recovery assistance. By giving, you help AMWA mobilize our community to provide meaningful support to help communities recover, rebuild, and heal.
