Who We Are & What We Do...

You may have seen where we recently announced plans for FLO’s first Online Benefit Auction planned for October to help raise money for our mission to support homeschool families through low cost testing, academics scholarships for homeschool grads and tutoring scholarships to help low income families.

However, we have decided to pivot at this time and adjust our focus to instead provide a simple and direct way for our community to support FLO’s work and give back to our community members who have been recently devasted by the Spokane Complex Fires (Aug 2026).  This can be done through this GoFundMe campaign.

For 40 years, the Family Learning Organization has served homeschool families by providing affordable standardized testing, supporting families experiencing hardship, and advocating for educational freedom. Donations made through this campaign, until Dec 31, 2026, will help us continue and strengthen these important services as well as support homeschool families affected by the devastating Spokane Complex Fires through 2027. Here is how donations made through this  GoFundMe campaign will be used:

90% WILL SUPPORT FLO's MISSION: Keeping standardized testing affordable, defending homeschool rights, and providing critical discounts for families experiencing hardship.

10% WILL SUPPORT WILDFIRE RELIEF: Providing free testing, tutoring scholarships, and replacement curriculum for homeschool families affected by the fires.

If FLO has served your family, or you believe in our mission, please consider making a fully tax-deductible donation (receipt provided). Every gift, regardless of size, will help us continue supporting homeschool families nationwide, as well as local wildfire victims.
