Why Your Support Matters

Vamos Pa’lante returns for its 9th edition, bringing together a powerful alliance led by Caracol Radio and Universidad de los Andes, alongside with EAFIT, ICESI, Universidad del Norte, Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar (UTB), and Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB).

In 2026, we are joining forces to prevent thousands of students from dropping out due to financial hardship, while also providing support to more than 500 young people affected by the recent earthquake. Getting into university is a major achievement, but staying there also requires support. Vamos Pa’lante is a student retention initiative that supports young people who have already begun their university education but need additional financial assistance to continue their studies.
