Out Of This World Galaxy Room for Waylon
Diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) in April 2025, Waylon is expected to remain in treatment through 2027. For his dream bedroom, Waylon envisioned something out of this world. Inspired by the beauty of the galaxy, he dreams of deep blues, greens, and purples, textured walls, futuristic design elements, subtle RGB lighting, and plenty of display space for the collections he's spent years building.
Out Of This World Galaxy Room for Waylon
Meet Waylon At just 15 years old, Waylon has already shown incredible resilience.
Diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) in April 2025, Waylon is expected to remain in treatment through 2027. Along the way, he's faced multiple medication and food allergies requiring emergency medical intervention, carries an EpiPen, and manages steroid-induced diabetes during treatment. Despite these challenges, Waylon continues to approach life with curiosity, humor, and an incredible imagination.
Like many children fighting cancer, Waylon spends much of his time at home. His bedroom has become more than just a place to sleep—it's where he recovers, studies, reads, plays piano, builds LEGOs, displays his beloved Transformers collection, and escapes into the worlds of books, movies, and games that bring him joy.
For his dream bedroom, Waylon envisioned something out of this world.
Inspired by the beauty of the galaxy, he dreams of deep blues, greens, and purples, textured walls, futuristic design elements, subtle RGB lighting, and plenty of display space for the collections he's spent years building. Most importantly, he wants a room that feels private—a place where he can recharge, heal, and simply be himself. We are so excited to team up with Stella at Stellhous to design this incredible new space!
