About Beryl Rubinstein Orchestration Project
Beryl Rubinstein (1898–1952)—acclaimed pianist, composer, and longtime director of the Cleveland Institute of Music, was a friend of Gershwin and toured internationally with Eugène Ysaÿe. Your gift will help complete the orchestration of his long-lost Flute Concerto (orchestration by Dan DeLange) and support its world premiere with Mary Kay Robinson and the Cleveland Chamber Symphony. Join us in bringing this remarkable "new" work to life and welcoming a fantastic new addition to the repertoire.
