The Joy Bus More Than a Meal Delivery Program is a community-driven initiative that provides Medically Tailored Meals and compassionate companionship to people homebound with cancer. Meals are crafted under the guidance of registered dietitians and prepared with care to support each recipient’s unique health needs. But it’s more than just a meal, each delivery is made by a dedicated volunteer who offers a friendly face, a kind word and a moment of human connection. This holistic approach helps reduce isolation, improve quality of life and remind our neighbors they’re not alone in their journey. The program is completely free of charge to recipients and is sustained by donors, volunteers and partners who believe that food is medicine and kindness is powerful.
