2026 Staff Appreciation Fund Campaign
At Camp Ramah in the Poconos and Ramah Day Camp, we believe in the power of kehillah (community) and shared hodaya (gratitude). In that spirit, our tzevet (staff) do not accept individual tips.
Instead, we invite families to contribute to our Staff Appreciation Fund.
This is a meaningful way to say todah rabbah (thank you) to the dedicated individuals who pour their hearts into making Ramah a second home for our campers.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward celebrating the incredible people who bring the magic of camp to life at both of our camps.
At Ramah Poconos:
☕️ A coffee and snack station in the Mercaz, giving staff a boost throughout their busy days
🛋️ Enhanced lounge spaces and activities, offering moments of rest, fun, and community
🪩 Unique experiences like our beloved Silent Disco, bringing energy and joy to staff-only celebrations

At Ramah Day Camp:
