May is Mental Health Month, and Mental Health America (MHA) is partnering with Strava to encourage people nationwide to support their mental health through movement. Find a form of movement that you love, and let it lead you to more good days.
MHA leads with a simple truth: 1 in 5 will face a mental health condition, but 100% of us have mental health to care for.


About Moving for More
Good Days, Together Challenge
Complete the challenge by being active for 20 days in May or logging 400 minutes of movement. Walk, run, cycle, hike, dance, stretch through yoga, or move in any way that sparks joy and feels good for your mind and body. Finishers will earn a ‘Moving for More Good Days, Together’ digital badge for their trophy case.
To further inspire participation and impact, L.L.Bean will match every dollar raised, up to $25,000. Be a part of raising awareness and joining a community committed to mental health.
