Well Woman Initiative
STEM and Health for Women Across Nigeria

Aniedu Peace is the Founder and Executive Director of The Well Woman Initiative, a program reaching over 1,000 underprivileged women and girls across Nigeria and Africa with STEM education, leadership training, mentorship, and health outreach. Her work directly advances UN Sustainable Development Goals in good health, quality education, and gender equality.
A gift of $5,000 would reach 105 people across one program cycle through three areas of work:
1. Fund one full intake of 50 women through the Wellwoman Academy, a structured learning program covering digital skills, health leadership, advocacy, and entrepreneurship
2. Pair 50 girls with women professionals through the HerMentor program for two months of goal-setting, coaching, and consistent adult support
3. Provide five laptops to HerFuture graduates who demonstrate financial need, giving them a tool to find work, continue learning, and stay connected to the Wellwoman community

Flora
Growing Up Should Come with a Guide

Payton Maas is a Technovation alumna from Rochester, Minnesota who joined the program at age 12 and spent five years building apps, learning to code, and finding her footing. That foundation took her to the University of St. Thomas, where she double-majored in entrepreneurship and real estate, and in 2024 she co-founded Flora — a gamified puberty and period education app supporting girls through the emotional and physical transition into womanhood. Flora offers emotional tracking, AI-powered guidance, and medically informed content, with a vision to expand globally, partner with healthcare institutions, and grow into a full lifestyle brand for girls at every stage of adolescence.
Your support helps Flora:
1. To begin a transition from being solely a female adolescence health app to a global lifestyle brand by enhancing our AI-powered guidance and medically informed content for young women
2. Help us reach more young girls who lack a maternal figure at home, ensuring they have the empowering, gamified support they need during such a critical life transition

Why We Build
They're not waiting for permission. Across 100+ countries, 425,000+ young people have come through Technovation — building apps, launching startups, and solving problems their communities said couldn't be solved.
They didn't need rescuing. They needed tools, mentorship, and a runway.
Technovation provides all three. Our programs are free, global, and built on one belief: the next generation of tech leaders is already here. This May, your gift helps make sure nothing slows them down.
