Q: What is a Drop-In location?

About 150 festival destinations are Drop-In and you can just show up during open hours. These include perennial favorites like 610 and 620 Lofts & Gardens at Rockefeller Center, New York Sign Museum at Noble Signs, Brooklyn Army Terminal, Brooklyn Navy Yard, and Sunset Park Material Recovery Facility.

Q: Can I use my Passport at Ticketed sites?

Some festival destinations require Tickets for space or security reasons. Passports do not apply to Ticketed locations. Ticket Release is on October 2 at 12 PM ET.

Q: Are Passports tax-deductible?

Yes! openhousenewyork inc. is a 501(c)3 organization, EIN 02-0540261. Passports are fully tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

Q: If my plans change, can I get a refund?

Passports are non-refundable. Should you not be able to attend, the full price of unused Passports will be treated as a donation.
