TMF 2025 Annual Appeal Campaign
Heroes Need You
Your gift transforms the lives of recalibrated veterans and their families throughout the country. With your support, we can benefit hundreds of veterans and their families with our programs in 2026!
The Travis Mills Foundation Mission
We support recalibrated veterans and their families through long-term programs that help them rediscover strength, connection, and community - always at no cost to them.
Our Programs
Warrior PATHH

The Warrior PATHH (Progressive & Alternative Training for Helping Heroes) program is an intensive, nonclinical training experience that helps combat veterans and first responders transform struggle into strength. Through proven practices like mindfulness, movement, journaling, and guided group work, participants gain lifelong tools to manage stress, build resilience, and rediscover purpose. Warrior PATHH empowers heroes not just to heal, but to thrive through post-traumatic growth.
Caregiver

TMF provides programming designed specifically for caregivers of recalibrated veterans to encourage self-care, rest, relaxation and bonding with others in relatable situations. These include spouses, partners, parents and even siblings.
Family Program

The Family Program is for the recalibrated veteran, spouse, and children, or a guest. The schedule is packed with adapted sports and activities to meet the needs of all. However, participation is not required; families are welcome to use the time to rest and relax. Family programming is offered year-round, including kayaking, zoo visits, wheelchair basketball, archery, dog sledding, ice fishing, snow shoeing and more.
Recalibrate Program

The Recalibrate Program capitalizes on a participant’s motivation after attending a Retreat by providing financial assistance, goal setting, and long-term follow up. This program has provided everything from helping to pave a driveway, provide in-home cleaning services, to a computer to help with a home business.
Ambassador Program

In our Ambassador program, recalibrated veterans who have attended a program at our Retreat are selected and trained to represent TMF at various events across the country. It is a way for our participants to continue to be more involved with the organization, give back, and share their story of the impact TMF has had on them.
Virtual Program

Virtual programming was developed in response to the pandemic. This type of programming continues because we recognized that interacting with others without the hassle of travel and missing activities, school and work is better for some families.
Offsite Program

The Foundation, in partnership with the Georgia Aquarium, brings recalibrated veterans to swim with the gentle giants of the sea. The Foundation also hosts dinners and events based on the location of participants and other programs with partner organizations.
Looking Ahead
Our 2026 Goals
● Expand retreat capacity and accessibility
● Deepen caregiver programming to serve spouses, siblings, and parents
● Increase the long-term support in the Recalibrate Program
● Enhance virtual and offsite options to remove the barrier of geography
