Help us build for the future!
Utah's Hogle Zoo will be breaking ground on an exciting project next fall to expand its giraffe and hoofstock barn in the African savanna exhibit. This innovative $6 million project will provide new healthcare features, more room for the animals to roam, and an indoor feeding area for up-close encounters year-round.
Double your gift by donating today!

Lucinda and Charles Richardson have generously pledged to match every gift up to $250,000 to help make the giraffe and hoofstock barn expansion a reality.
“Our interest in supporting animal conservation comes from a long-term commitment to biodiversity, preservation of unique species, and the intersection of human/animal health. The Hogle Zoo has impressed us with their commitment to animal care, species selection, and conservation efforts. The hoofstock barn expansion is a great way to support these efforts while inspiring the next generations of conservationists.” Lucinda & Charles
Every dollar helps us build a better future for wildlife and for generations of wildlife champions inspired by them.
*Don't forget to maximize tax laws before they change by donating from your donor advised fund (DAF) or retirement account. Connect with the zoo's development team to figure out the best way to give for you and your goals at champions@hoglezoo.org!
