Michael T. Grier Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Michael T. Grier Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established in memory of Dr. Michael Grier, Nebraska ’83, whose life and actions always personified the Fraternity’s Four Founding Principles of Friendship, Character, Culture and Justice. Michael loved his Fraternity and the brotherhood it afforded him, and this scholarship fund will honor him forever. For generations to come, top undergraduates from the Nebraska Chapter will receive the Michael T. Grier Memorial Scholarship to further their education, and Brother Grier’s name and legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of future generations of men who join Delta Upsilon at Nebraska.

Lead Fund Donors
Brother Grier was a lifelong supporter of the Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation and his local chapter, and his brothers from Nebraska are honoring his example by establishing this new fund.
Although gifts of all sizes are welcome, the minimum commitment required to establish the Michael T. Grier Memorial Scholarship Fund is $25,000. The donors below have all pledged their support to reach the starting $25,000 minimum in order to officially establish this new fund, with a goal of surpassing $50,000. Their hope is that other Nebraska DUs – along with other friends and family of Brother Grier – will give to the Grier Scholarship Fund and help maximize the scholarship amount given each year.
