At Boston Women’s Fund, we believe that those who are closest to a challenge hold the strongest solutions. Horizon Collective is leadership program for women and gender-expansive leaders of color, where personal and professional development come together to fuel the bold action our communities need now. As rights and resources unravel under recent policy rollbacks, threatening health care, housing, and protections for persistently marginalized communities - grassroots leaders are already on the ground, launching solutions to meet urgent needs today.
