How do we work?
Amigos of Costa Rica is a US-based nonprofit with a network of more than 100 nonprofit organizations working in communities across Costa Rica.
When disaster strikes, communities cannot always wait. The Amigos Disaster Relief Fund provides flexible philanthropic support for urgent needs, particularly during the critical first 24–48 hours and when gaps remain in traditional assistance.
Amigos directs resources to trusted local organizations, helping ensure support reaches communities where it can make a meaningful difference—from immediate relief to the first steps toward recovery.
