I'm making a donation. How do I send my personal message to my doctor?
During the donation checkout, please complete the donor comment section. Here, you will put the University Health doctor's name, department and your personal message.
I'm not making a gift at this time. Can I still send a note?
Absolutely! Simply click on "Click here to send a note of thanks" button above the FAQ and complete the form. We'll make sure it gets to your honoree!
I donated, now what?
Thank you for honoring a doctor this Doctors' Day. Now, we will be notifying your selected doctor that a donation has been made in their honor and share the personal message you provided!
How will my doctor be honored?
The Foundation team will be delivering your personalized note to your selected doctor, letting them know they are appreciated this Doctors' Day. In addition, all University Health doctors will be provided with a sweet treat in honor of Doctors' Day.
Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
Yes, we’ll send a receipt to the email address you provide when donating. The receipt will include your donation details, such as the date, amount and any beneficiary information.
