The Morrisville Mural Project
Help us bring Morrisville's history to life. A three-panel mural that celebrates our local sports legends is coming to Williamson Park; a community gathering place that has served Morrisville and its neighboring communities for generations.
About The Morrisville Mural Project
Our goal is to help transform our baseball fields into a landmark and gathering place that celebrates our shared history and identity. The mural will feature local legends who grew up on our fields. The first is Dan Napoleon, who became a Major League Player for the New York Mets; second, the 1955 Little League World Series winning team: and finally, Dick Hart, a 1955 LLWS champion and professional baseball player for the Milwaukee Braves and professional football player with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Why it Matters
Public art transforms a space. It turns a ball field into a landmark and a gathering place into a source of shared identity. This mural will introduce younger residents to a powerful piece of local history, give today's players a legacy to be a part of, and welcome every family who walks into the park to stop, reflect, and feel proud of where they are from.

The Artist
Dean Innocenzi
The mural will be created by Dean Innocenzi, a Trenton-based artist celebrated for his realistic portraiture. Dean holds a graphic design degree from New Jersey Community College and has contributed to the Trenton Downtown Association's acclaimed "Murals on Front Street" project. His approach brings subjects to life with warmth, detail, and presence - exactly the qualities needed to honor figures as meaningful as Dan Napoleon, Dick Hart, and the 1955 Little League World Championship team.
